Philosophy of the BEAST

Our hardcore gaming computers (BEASTS) are bred for awesome speed, absolute multi-player dominance, infinite stability and slay-ability. Your new BEAST will be capable of any task you throw at it, whether it is fast paced hi-res gaming, photo editing, video editing or just surfing the net, your BEAST will swallow the task in one bite!

We only manufacture gaming PCs that use the industry's leading high performance, recognized components. This ensures the guts of every BEAST are made of stern stuff. Better makes of component means stability, speed and reliability can always be depended upon.

A new type of PC is born.
Every BEAST is built to exacting and precise standards. Despite what a romantic might say, personality only goes so far, looks count too. Not including a side window to show off those wonderfully cabled innards is almost a tragedy! All our BEASTS are neatly cabled; in fact neat doesn't begin to describe the clever little tricks used to collect, hide and tidy the cabling. If your BEAST is liquid cooled then you'll be amazed with the design and routing of the liquid cooled tubes. Choose a preferred colour and your BEAST will have the liquid cooling co-ordinated with fan colours. You can even have extra internal lights to make your BEAST'S innards glow! The end result means each BEAST is like a work of menacing technological art.

BEAST seal of approval.
Once a BEAST'S assembly has been completed it must earn its seal of approval. Other companies will build a system then switch it on to see if it posts. That's about the extent of their testing, out it goes and onto the next build. A BEAST must do much more than that, it must prove itself worthy of our name. Assembled it has the OS and all the latest drivers loaded on, then updates and a new BIOS are installed. Next it gets tuned and overclocked, this unlocks its potential to wreak havoc. Finally it gets stress tested under 100% load overnight. Only if the system passes all stability tests and reaches the extreme speeds we expect from it, will it be sent out. (BEAST APPROVED).

1st Class Customer Support
In addition to the BEAST Seal of Approval, you can expect excellent customer service. In today's gaming PC market few companies really know what this, let alone how to deliver it. They fail on the first basic expectations. To us, Customer Service means:

1/ Being available. - This seems so simple, but in this day and age of automated telephone services and concentrating on sales only, it is a rarity. How many companies can you call up and get straight through to someone? In addition are they someone helpful? BEAST sales or support are at the end of the phone, on the same number. You're a customer whether you've bought or thinking of buying. We don't prioritise one over the other. We're here and available - 9am till 6:30pm every weekday.

2/ Answering emails fully. - If you have gone to the trouble to make contact with us and have questions. We'll take the time to fully answer your questions, with helpful answers. This will always include recommendations to maximise the performance of your new BEAST. Our purpose isn't to maximise your spend. Most customers will already have a budget in mind. We focus on maximising your PC's performance, based on the cost you've already designated.

3/ Caring - You often get the impression when dealing with many companies these days, that the person you're talking to just doesn't give a damn. Sadly, this is often true! Beast Computers is far more boutique in our approach. Our reputation is based on the feedback we get from you. If you get a service that impresses you, then you'll buy from us again. Whether it is dealing with a sale or a problem you're experiencing, you'll get to speak to someone who is genuinely interested in helping you, the difference might surprise you!
