 We hate it when something goes wrong with one of our BEASTS. We build them to the best of our ability and take extra special care with each BEAST that leaves our workshop. But there's always one, isn't there?
If you're experiencing system problems, we'd urge you first and foremost to contact us either by phone, email or via our support forums. Make sure you've checked the FAQ section also as chances are your problem has been experienced by someone else before. However, its an inevitable fact with mighty BEASTS that at some point or other they go through that teen-angst I hate my master stage and go AWOL. That's when you get tough and remind it who IS boss!
