Delivery Information

Beast Computers aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Working with Fedex UK and Royal Mail we have a fully trackable delivery system that gets to your door as quickly as possible.

All our systems and component orders are extremely carefully packaged to ensure they are well protected during transit. All Beast Computer systems are double boxed in reinforced high grade cardboard boxes. We use high quality bubble wrap to protect the system. We also fit internal packaging inside the computer case to ensure the internal components are fully protected. The actual box shipped is therefore very large indeed!

Customer Collection - You are of course welcome to collect your BEAST from our warehouse, we'll even make you a cup of tea if you've got time. You must bring either a Passport or Photo Driving licence as ID before we can release the goods to you.

Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are based on volumetric weight. Destinations outside of the UK mainland may incur a surcharge to cover the extra cost of shipping. Please call for details. Costs below are for deliveries within the UK.

Delivery Destinations
Beast Computers can deliver to any part of the United Kingdom and to the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, we can not offer support to systems outside of these countries. This is why we will only deliver to these locations.

Orders outside of the UK mainland, UK Islands and ROI cannot be accepted.

Alternate Delivery Address
If you are paying by Credit or Debit card we can only deliver to the credit card billing address. This is the address that appears at the top of your bank statement. If this is a problem, exceptions can be made if particular conditions are met. Please contact us and we can look at alternatives to get your BEAST to you.
